Ranking the Cafes Near Your Dominion Apartments

  |     |   Uncategorized

Welcome to the first ever blog post from Catalina at Dominion apartments! While our community is in the works, we thought we’d keep our future residents engaged with a bi-monthly blog series. Every two weeks, we’ll be sharing some tips about the local San Antonio community, some advice about living in an apartment, and more!

In this first blog post, we’ll be telling residents about some of the coolest coffee shops in the neighborhood around Catalina at Dominion. Whether you need a coffee shop that can double as a workspace or you just need to find a place where you can grab a quick cup of joe, we think you’ll love the coffee shops on the list below.

Let’s jump right into the list of coffee shops, shall we? Oh, and when you’re done reading through the list below, please feel free to share the link to this page with your friends. Better yet, go ahead and share it with someone who might be interested in learning a little more about our community of North San Antonio apartments!

Cuppencake

This is a blog post about coffee, but we have to start by mentioning the cheesecake at Cuppencake. Whether you get the pecan flavor, the Oreo flavor or the birthday flavor, we guarantee that you’ll enjoy every bite of this heavenly cheesecake. As for the coffee, we highly recommend any of the awesome lattes at Cuppencake. They taste great, but we love them because of the gorgeous latte art that the baristas add on top.

The Lookout Coffee & Community

There’s only one thing that you need to know about The Lookout; it has an unlimited waffle bar on Saturdays. We’re sure this coffee shop is good for other reasons, but the promise of unlimited waffles is all the incentive we need. The Lookout also has a spacious patio, a play area for kids and some of the best coffee in town. Oh, and all proceeds go to a local church!

Local Coffee

The last spot on our list might have the best blueberry muffin in San Antonio. Grab one of those with your vanilla latte and watch as your worries dissipate. This is a quiet shop that’s perfect for people who need to spend hours writing on laptops and in notebooks. If that sounds like you, check out Local Coffee.

Those are all the coffee shops we’ve got to talk about this week, but we’ll be back in a few weeks with another blog for y’all. For now, we’d like to take a second to thank those of you who took time out of your busy schedules to read the first ever blog from Catalina at Dominion. We loved writing this, and we hope you enjoy reading them moving forward! Be sure to check back in a few weeks to read our next blog when it’s posted on the site. In the time between now and when our next blog goes live, be sure to check out some of the awesome coffee shops that we talked about above!
